I choose Moda as I get a big choice of options to shop. Shopping at the bullring gives me a wide range to choose from

Considering Moda have staff at desk everytime we like when we come from night out to friendly staff

Rubbish outside the building when everyone is out in the nights

Tesco is located right opposite the street for all essentials and Sainsbury is a few buildings down. So I get what I need conveniently.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management have not mentioned the bins have to be taken all the way down. The bin chutes are shut
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing at all. I believe I was right to move here in order to be able to move around as I wish.

There is heavy traffic in the morning as well as weekends when Broad Street because very active due to many night clubs
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes. I apply for repair in the Moda application app which is really helpful
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I had done my research well so I did not find anything unusual

Public transport is easy to use. There are buses and a train station not too far away, so getting to work or the city is simple. Broad street is a little busy on the weekends but otherwise a very nice area to live!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The concierge team is very good especially Peter & Moses

There are some nice shops, small supermarkets, and a few cafes and restaurants. The food choices are okay, not amazing, but good enough for daily life.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are responsive but a little bit slow to sort some things sometimes. The reception staff are very helpful and make a big difference. Peter and Moses are both very helpful

You have to pay for some of the facilities which should be included in the rent
