The entire building has a/c and radiator heating operating off a single central commercial Daiken unit. This unit also heats the water for the Jacuzzi.


The yard has a large landscaped open area used for parking and a small shed in the
corner. This open area is landscaped and has mature plants in the garden beds. 3 cars can comfortably park there with a maximum of 5 cars.
The property is surrounded by secure tall brick walls and has two double garage doors and two single pedestrian doors for access into the property from the street. These are secure doors.
