Lovely modern building. Great staff who are super helpful in particular Vald, Vidya and Alex - doing a fabulous job!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Promptly - I rarely hand had issues and if any, they have been delt with almost immediately.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Water heating system is occasionally inadequate - water gets cold very quickly.

The area is good in terms of shops and restaurants and it is with a spirit of colorful events in the stadium.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They try their best and as in time as possible I suppose!

The bills are more than I expected maybe because of the electric heaters.

Convenient place to stay due to public access and close to my work place. So far its safe place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Perfect and they will sort it out in a day or two with consent.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Since this building was established, it was the place that we wanted due to pet policy and obviously of its location for school and work of my family.

Location is superb. 5 min drive to birmingham city centre. Close to the Selly oak shopping complex. 5 min to work. I have parking space.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always immediately. I had an issue with the hot water timing. Upon mention it was resolved immediately.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I used the amenities more when I first moved in. Highly recommend

Great location with plenty of shops close, having a gym under the complex is also a great plus. Also handy having parking on site.

Yes, I had a few issues when moving in and all of these were sorted the next day.
