Tourist Project. Property built in the 30s of the 20th century, the property had two major renovations, the last carried out in 2022, in which the layout of the 2 houses was changed, as well as a small annex and the interior leisure/dining space, the entire electrical system, water system, sewage system, the entire garden and lake space, belonging to the property.

The recovery project took into account the context of Sintra, with all its romantic side and typical period construction style in palaces and Arab occupation.
Good quality materials, wood and artistically worked marble found on the doors, windows and floor.

The main house has 6 suites, the secondary house has 5 more suites and there is another suite in the annex.
The breakfast support and service area is located in another annex, with a kitchen and pantry area and access to the terrace with palm trees and tree ferns and a stunning viewpoint over the surrounding area, with stunning views of Sintra and the mountains and Moorish castle.

There is also the old stable that was adapted to be used as a living room or reception for clients, if the future project is tourist accommodation.
