Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The street is calm and peaceful. Local shops and cafes are close, and there are great paths along the water for walks. Public transport is so easy to reach, and overall I really enjoy the area.

Any issues are handled properly with clear and friendly communication from the team.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The Tulu vending machine is more used than expected, you can’t rent hoovers, hair dryers and even games, which is very handy or short term uses.

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is just how strong the sense of community is here. It’s something that doesn’t always come across during a viewing, but makes a big difference once you’re settled in. I’d also suggest new neighbours take time to explore the local area and waterfront early on, as there are so many great spots nearby that really enhance day-to-day living.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I really like living in my area. There’s a good mix of shops, restaurants, and bars, so there’s always somewhere to go for food or a night out, and the parks and open spaces are great for getting outside. Public transport is pretty convenient, with regular buses and trains into town, though it can get a bit busy at peak times. My street is quiet and friendly, parking’s usually not a problem, and bins get collected on time. Traffic isn’t too bad, and I've seen no anti-social behaviour or anything of that sort, so overall it’s a nice and safe place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been quick and helpful in resolving any issues I’ve raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was aware of what I was getting into prior to moving in, the team was very clear and I knew what to expect
