Description
This impressive sea and harbour facing house has views as good as a front line coastal property in our opinion, with its impressively close range views.
A real feature of this property is its outside space that has been landscaped with its two generous timber decked terraces that have phenomenal sea, harbour and coastal views from both its extensive decked terraces measuring approaching 48' long and just over 16' long.
There also are composite decked balconies off the master and guest bedroom, again with similar breathtaking sea and harbour views, including views of the fishing boats bobbing in the harbour, views of the fishing boats leaving and returning each day, views of the lighthouse and far reaching coastline views looking across towards Carlyon Bay and Par beach, along the coastline towards Fowey and along towards Plymouth.
The house has previously been used and rented out as a successful high end holiday home with great income potential and more recently has been used as a cherished permanent home. Subject to negotiation the property can be bought furnished if required and is offered for sale with no onward chain.
