This Two Storey house with 4 bedrooms was build in 2009 and, as it appears, has a reinforced concrete frame and masonry of cavity bricks, plastered with stucco and paint on both the interior and exterior walls. Additionally, the roof of the building is a flat concrete slab, with an additional wooden roof, on top of which tiles have been placed.
The ground floor of the house consists of a single-space entrance, living room, and main dining area, a guest toilet, a storage room, one bedroom, a kitchen, a single-space casual dining and seating area, a staircase leading to the upper floor, and two covered verandas. The upper floor consists of a laundry room, a walk-in closet, three bedrooms, all with their own toilet and shower, and the master bedroom also has a walk-in closet, as well as two covered verandas. Furthermore, there is an attic.
The exterior of the house includes a courtyard with ceramic and stamped concrete, covered and uncovered parking spaces, two storage rooms, a boiler room, and a fence.
As for the materials and finishes used in the interior of the house, they are of good quality and average cost. The floor is covered with ceramic, and the windows have an aluminium frame with double glazing. The countertops, cabinets, and cupboards are made of wood, and granite has been installed on the countertops. The house is served by air conditioning units with hot and cold air, gas underfloor heating, and there is also a fireplace in the living-dining area. In general, the maintenance condition of the house is considered good.
