Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in my area has both positive and negative aspects. There are several local shops, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, offering a decent variety and good quality food options. Public transport is generally convenient, with regular bus services and nearby train connections. However, parking can sometimes be difficult, especially in the evenings. Glasgow council need to work on surrounding areas, bins aren't collected & rubbish everywhere.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had barely any issues but all been solved promptly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Maybe I would opt for an apartment with view to the city rather than the courtyard

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Overall, living in this local area has been a positive experience. The neighbourhood is generally quiet, safe and well maintained, making it a comfortable place to live. Transport links are convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby main roads, which is very helpful for commuting. There are also supermarkets, cafés and essential services within walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Extremely helpful and supportive, highly recommended

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Heating system can be better than current one, everything else is great

    Dec 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in this area is generally very convenient and pleasant. There are plenty of local shops, cafés, restaurants and bars nearby, so day-to-day life is easy. Transport links are good, with buses and other options close by, making it simple to get around. The street itself is usually quiet, with no major issues around noise or anti-social behaviour. One thing I did notice is that the courtyard gate is sometimes open, so I’m not always sure about access control inside the courtyard, although there are cameras and a reception team in the building. They don’t have cameras in the hallways so sometimes feeling not too secured. My friends always use the seventh floor, especially during exam season, as it’s a good space for studying. Overall, it’s a comfortable area to live in with good facilities and a calm atmosphere.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes everything is good managed and they are really helpful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that the back door doesn’t have a self-locking system. It’s a small detail, but it would have helped me feel more secure, especially during quieter hours.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Glasgow is such a vibrant & exciting city. Holland Park is near to everything you could ask for, shops, local train station. It's central but still has a sense of calm.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Nothing to comment so far, but the app is there to use

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known not all apartments have baths, small issue but it would've been handy to know.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love the building it’s nice and clean and the people that work in the reception are so nice it’s a lovely place to live especially as an international student. Great views form the roof terraces and and the library is a nice place to study and chill. Very happy

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven't had any major issues, they are always responsive on the app or alternatively catch them at the desk

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I can't think of anything. Although, something I often tell myself is to attend more social events if I can. There are some lovely residents in the building.
