Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

More local shops could be good (bigger stores around) but you can still find pubs, shops and restaurant easily

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Except water problems, everything is solved quickly and the front desk people are really good.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There are a lot of students living in these buildings

Yes, they have responded fairly promptly, either fixing the issue or giving us a timeframe.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The Friday football is unfortunately a farce - it doesn't happen

They're super helpful and quick to respond to any enquiry’s.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Dec 2025

Reviewer was offered an incentive for an honest review, regardless of rating

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is fantastic, it's in the city centre, but at the same time it’s not. It is easily accessible but quiet, located close to the vibrant city centre, convenience stores, and arcades.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management is where the main improvement opportunity lives. Often, they focus on the client rather than the customer, which leads them to make money-oriented decisions instead of customer-service-oriented ones.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A breaking clause doesn't exist in contracts by default; you need to request it.
