This is a very interesting, ready-to-go project in a charming part of Morzine, full of character and potential. Its proximity to town and ease of access to Avoriaz make in an appealing investment, either to add value or as an income-producer.

Udrezants is one of the original quarters of Morzine, roughly 20 minutes’ walk (1.4km) to the east of the town centre. It is very close to 2 different bus routes providing access to Avoriaz and the town centre. The property is in the heart of the hamlet, close to the church but off the main road.
