The house, conceived within the urban project developed by Oswald Mathias Ungers, strongly embodies the dialogue between built space and public space, interpreting architecture as an integral part of the city's structure. The building is configured as a measured and conscious piece within the context, where every formal and volumetric choice reflects the idea of the city as a "collective monument," an organism composed of autonomous yet interrelated parts.

The architectural composition emphasizes the relationship between solids and voids, between the compact mass of the building and the open spaces surrounding it, in line with Ungers' typical approach, aimed at transforming public space into a meaning-generating element. The house, therefore, is not just an inhabited volume but a device that contributes to the reading of urban morphology: a place where history, memory, and constructive form intertwine.

Through rigorous geometries, calibrated proportions, and a careful use of light, the architecture establishes a deep relationship with the context, acknowledging its historical layering and reinterpreting it according to a contemporary but respectful language. The result is a dwelling that does not merely occupy space but participates in the construction of urban sense, staging the continuous confrontation between past and present, between architectural individuality and the collective structure of the city.

The house develops over three levels, organized in a functional and harmonious manner.

Ground floor
At this level, there is an apartment used as an office, currently rented and generating income, with an independent entrance. The unit consists of two main rooms, a bathroom, and a storage room, making it ideal for professional or service activities.

First floor
The first floor houses a large and bright living area, characterized by airy and well-distributed spaces. Adjacent are a bathroom and a laundry room, adding practicality and functional completeness to the level.

Second floor
The top level hosts the sleeping area, composed of three bedrooms and an additional living area that offers direct access to the Gatto kitchen, included in the sale. From the corridor, which all the rooms overlook, the bathroom and a storage room are also accessible, useful for orderly and convenient space management.

Basement
In the basement, there is a large utility room, versatile and easily adaptable to living needs. Its generous dimensions make it perfect for use as a large garage, or as a storage, hobby area, or technical space.
