    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Everything on my door step, two supermarkets and a few options for corner shops which stays open late at night which is convenient. Metrolink and tram services within 5/10 mins walk, endless amounts of bars within walking distance. I couldn’t really give a bad comment about the area

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    As mentioned above very quickly and transparent with issues

    About the booking system to book out the cinema room etc, however my flat mate who moved in before me informed me of this shortly after I moved in

    It’s very nice it’s close to a train station and some lovely restaurants and bars. Slightly nosier on one side of the building low down due to tram line but it’s not bad

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We have had a few issues that have been resolved promptly by matinence. Any queries we’ve had the reception staff are lovely and helpful.

    Small garage in comparison to such a large building

    the location is great the staff are very friendly. we have been in our flat now for 4 months and having lived in appartment blocks before i can honestly say that this is as good as it gets. in terms of all round experience. parking on the street can be difficult but the allocated parking in the building is easy.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    the building management responded fast and any small problems are usually solved within a couple of days

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    the indoor garage is quite small and entrance can sometimes be blocked by local taxis

    The vibrant buzz of the area, shops, gyms and restaurants are a highlight. However on street parking is limited

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Found my missing parcels rapidly!! They have also helped with faults within my flat, and has been resolved within 24hrs of being raised

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Limited parking spaces - on street parking is horrendous! More info on the amount of parking available or best areas to look to park would help! I learnt the hard way, paying multiple parking fines

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Lots of good local, independent shops, bars and restaurants within a comfortably walkable distance (less than 10 minutes). There are several great local tap rooms/breweries, quaint local pubs and excellent restaurants cafes over in Ancoats and New Islington. When family visit, there have been no issues regarding parking however we do not have a car at the flat and therefore can't wholly comment. Bins are never overfilled and happy to see different bins for the different types of waste. 5 mins walk away from New Islington tram stop is ideal for navigating anywhere throughout the city. Noted no traffic noise at curent.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    As mentioned above, we had an issue with the dishwasher on moving in, this was quickly rectified by the maintenance team the very next working day. I have had no other problems, but on the basis of how this issue was addressed, I have confidence that any others that arise will be met with professionalism.

    How friendly the staff that work in the building are. They are super helpful always.
