    Good area, nice people Apartment is a very good size and facilities are really good as well. Great transport links.

    All of the issues I have had have been dealt with quickly and efficiently

    Wind is a bit much between the buildings but you can’t change the weather!

    Great staff, always someone on hand to help with issues they have a lot of amenities available and benefits living here it’s unbelievable. The only bad would be occasional maintenance faults but the pros outway any cons. Parking could be a little cheaper aswell.

    Swift and accommodating they are always willing to answer questions and give updates.

    The amount of other benefits you have associated with Moda.

    Moda Hove is placed in a perfect location. Walking distance (5-10mins) to Hove Park (great for kids and tennis), Hove train station, Waitrose, Lidl, Aldi, and the main shopping area in Hove. There is also a bus stop at the doorstep, which connects you with all of Brighton and Hove. It is very safe. There is no traffic noise. There is a bin Chute on each floor for recycling. Parking is available on a waiting list and slightly expensive which is the only negative thing that I can say.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Any issues we raised were addressed immediately. .

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Great place and strongly recommended. Its not cheap but the quality is very high.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The development is in a great location, there's a bus stop right outside the entryway, its a 10 minute walk to the station for easy access anywhere and 10-15 minutes from the seafront. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, my only very small complaint would be the distance to the supermarkets. Lidl and Waitrose are a 10 minute walk away which can feel excessive when you have lots of groceries but also gives an excuse to skip the Gym!

    All maintenance and other issues have been dealt with in a very prompt and professional manner

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I do wish I had have known that some amenities close in the later hours of the night.

    Living at Hove Central, is luxurious and modern. The facilities are amazing and so are the staff, always friendly and happy to help.

    Tickets get responded to very fast and maintenance do their job very well. They are always very friendly

    I wish I knew more about discounts for spas, classes and restaurants. It’s lovely that we do get some advantages of living here !
