It’s really pleasant to stay at The Forum. The neighbourhood feels safe and convenient, with good transport links and nearby shops. The management team is amazing, very responsive and helpful whenever there are any issues.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has always responded very quickly and handled issues in a professional and appropriate manner.

There is nothing specific I wish I had known before moving in, as the overall experience has been positive and met my expectations.

Really convenient for shopping as Bullring is just less than 10 mins walk from here, even the best Asian restaurants are just down the building.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team are all very kind and efficient in solving any problem you have.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We have monthly events as those events are really nice, I would moved here earlier if I know that.

The property is in a very ideal location, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and the train station is only 10 minutes away. I've had no problems with the area.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have responded quickly and had someone to do the repairs at a reasonable time.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That the cladding works would begin 4 months in after moving in!

The shopping mall is very convenient, and it is surrounded by China Town. The security is also very good, and the sense of security is sufficient.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
If you have any needs, you can ask the service staff. They are so friendly. I will try my best to help wherever I need it. There are even Chinese-speaking service personnel, which really helps us a lot and saves time in communication.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I knew that this place had a good location and good security before I moved in.

Location is perfect with Chinatown being next to it and the mall, gym is quite which I like it but just the number of equipment

Response to email are efficiency, but so far didn’t have any issue with it

Not much problem, sometime the sound insulation is poor
