To the rear, the conservatory provides a useful additional generous living area with French doors opening out to the garden. It makes the perfect place for a cuppa and would be a lovely summer living room. 

The garden itself has a wide, deep patio area separated by a low wall, with the remainder mostly laid to lawn and a vegetable plot to the rear. It offers good privacy and is not overlooked, with plenty of potential for landscaping. A side gate provides access back to the front of the property. A shed is attached to the rear of the garage, but has seen better days. This space is waiting for a new owner to have the time to transform it back to its former glory. 

To the front, the garden is a combination of gravelled areas and lawn and being a decent size sets the bungalow well back from the road.  There is a long paved driveway to the side leading to a single garage.

Overall, this is a well-laid-out bungalow in a desirable location, ideal for buyers looking for a property they can update and make their own. We understand thatthe roof was replaced in recent years but mostly all other areas will require work and improvement,
