Being so close to the city centre, yet far enough away that you can’t hear it. Our neighbours are amazing, and the staff are brilliant. The bin room used to get a bit smelly. The parcel room is sometimes disorganised.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building now has new management but never had any dealings.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That we could have been happier here than at the place we were before.

We live on a private street which is off a busy main road. There is underground parking and parking next door. It is very quiet.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have never met the management to speak to although we see her around the building.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We spent a long time during the viewing asking lots of questions which were all answered.

I don’t have anything bad at to say my whole experience from the moment I enquired to now has been positive.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have not had any issues. I have seen a few people complaining about parking spaces in our group chat, but I’m sure this has been resolved.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
You not only get a beautiful place to live with great amenities, but there are also resident only events, yoga sessions, and more. The team are great and always on the ball. Calvin, Sian,Amrit and Scott are always on hand to answer any queries.

I chose this place because of the transport links. I regularly travel all over the country, so this site is perfect. We are virtually in the city centre, with restaurants and bars within walking distance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Haven’t had any reason to speak to management. There has been a change to managegwmbt as per the community chat this hasn’t changed anything for me.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We enquired about a parking space and were informed of the additional charge, which was fine. However, after completion, we were told the car park was full. This isn’t an issue, as we use the spaces next door.

You are surrounded by a variety of restaurants, mostly independent. Towards Edgbaston Village, there are some pricier options alongside traditional local curry houses. Honestly, you don’t need to go into the city. The site has car parking; however, when a friend of mine enquired, the car park was full. There is a car park next door, which isn’t very secure. Bin collections have been hit and miss. In regard to antisocial behaviour, there are quite a few people begging for money. We are at a busy junction and sit on the cusp of the city centre, so this is to be expected. I recently spoke to a council member who has advised me that there is going to be a crackdown on homeless begging in this area which is very positive.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t approached management with any problems just questions.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I’m allergic to dogs, and although I knew the place was pet friendly, I didn’t take the shared spaces into consideration.
