Beautifully renovated house with a very large terrace overlooking the stunning countryside, the town of Sitia is 20 km away.

The house is about 80 sqm, it has retained the archetypal features of the Cretan rural house combined with modern, elegant elements.
As you enter the property you will find the spacious terrace with its spectacular views.
There are nice sitting and sunbathing areas, the old wooden elements and the original stone oven, fully functional,
have been preserved. The former wine press has been converted into a spacious hot tub with night lighting features.

The interior space is divided into two units, both accessed from the terrace.
The large section consists of an amazing- bright open space with a fully equipped kitchen, living room and the master bedroom feauturing en-suite bathroom with shower.
The other part of the house has the second bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Sitia is an attractive seaside town. White-washed houses cling to a hillside laced by steep staircases and topped with a ruined Venetian castle. Below, a promenade lined with tavernas and cafes hems in the fishing harbour.
It’s a slow-paced, friendly place where agriculture is the mainstay of the local economy.
A long, sandy beach skirts a wide bay to the east of town.

Sitia has a small airport with daily flights to and from Athens and a few charter flights from Europe during the summer. The international airport of Heraklion is 2 hours by car.
The port has ferry connections to Piraeus and other islands of the Cyclades and Dodecanese.
