4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I appreciate the short walk to the station with easy and fast access to the high street shops. Only issue is sometimes noisy and loud behaviour by teenagers and drunks usually over weekends and at night on the street.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Nkosi is always excellent and highly capable in resolving any maintenance issue. He is dependable and trusted to complete a high quality job.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing I can think of as I was given a detailed viewing, especially as one of the 1st residents moving in.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The building is so close to all amenities, shops, sports facilities, food and local parks and transportation to London and Guildford is very convenient as the station is 4 minutes away and the bus stop is right in front of the building The street is relatively quite and safe along with the high security system within the complex
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I did have problems with heating system and washing machine thank to Gina for her intervention with Glide Co to fix the bms and regain the heating again , Maintenance Technician also helped to fix the heating for the rooms and for the washing machine. Thanks to them
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
My balcony has no roof as it is at the top floor which was subject to rain and had insects when I moved in. This wasn’t obvious from first viewing The views are amazing from my living room

Great location. Can walk to shops and restaurants. Train station is close by - 24 minutes on a fast train and you're in London. Amazing walks in nature (canal and woodlands) close by.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quick to respond and resolve issues. Pleasure to work with.

Very happy with what I saw before i moved in. Great place to live.

I really like the location of the building as it has access to the town center. The restaurants variety could be improved
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management has been responded quite good to my issues. The balcony cleaning could be a bit improved, my balcony being at the top floor needs a bit more mantaining
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I like the neighbourhood so that is a plus. The only thing that I wish I knew was not to leave my bike in the bike storage as it was stolen.

Feels very safe living in Woking. Good amount of shops around for daily living. People are friendly in the community.

they have always attended my concerns responded promptly.

How the bills exactly work as billing system here can be quite complicated
