5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area has excellent transport to all over Birmingham and other areas. There’s also a train station just a few minutes walk away to take students to UOB which is great. The street is mostly busy with a great selection of shops nearby and a Tesco and Sainsbury’s just across the road which is very convenient.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management is very good and respond in good time usually. Molly is very helpful. Peter and Moses are always around to help residents.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The facilities should be included in the price for the rent.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living on broad street has been good for the most part. It’s kinda noisy but you get used to it. The street is very quiet but you can find so many things regardless of what you’re into.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The team is quick to help with anything. Moses and Peter are here most nights and are very professional and thorough with everything they do and keep the building safe.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There’s limited car parking space at Moda but you can find more spaces in five ways.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There are some small shops and restaurants nearby, not very fancy but okay for daily needs. Transport is easy with bus and train close, but sometimes late or crowded.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management usually respond but not very fast. They try to fix problems but sometimes need many reminders. Communication is okay but can be better.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
walls are bit thin so noise can travel. Still nice place but good to know these things before move in.
