Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is pleasant, quiet and feels very safe, with nearby open green spaces that are easy to access. Transport links are generally there, although it would be very useful to have a direct bus connection to the nearest Tube station. Living on the street is calm, with minimal traffic noise and regular bin collections. We would love to see a local café open within the building for added convenience. We are especially happy that a nursery will be opening in the building, as we have a baby at home and this will make a huge difference to daily life.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Maintenance is always helpful and efficient, addressing any minor defects or issues promptly and without delay.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known just how welcoming the community is and how easy it is to meet neighbours through events and pet-friendly activities. I also love that Morrisons supermarket is nearby, and I wish there was a café opening in the building to make this experience absolutely perfect.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are not many local shops around but there is a big Morrisons which is a big plus. Transportation is good too with bus stops nearby and Metropolitan station 15 mins away in foot. No traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues we have had have been communicated and resolved in a prompt and efficient manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Sound proofing is not perfect and some noisy neighbours can ruin your day/night.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Amazing location with Morrison next door and schools all around. The medical surgery is also next door and the underground is also a 12 minute walk. Not much crowded and as such very child out space on the border of Watford and Croxley Green

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes all issues are logged on app.and are promptly actioned.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A great community to live in. The rent may be comparatively high for the area but is certainly worth it..

Reviewer was offered an incentive for an honest review, regardless of rating

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s been better than I expected. All the residents are very cordial and respectful of each other’s space while maintaining healthy relationship and staying friendly. Would be nice if the parking is little cheaper

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes multiple times and very swiftly with things like maintenance and faulty electricals

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Maybe the issue with the parking as it has been quite expensive

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local amenities awesome with super store and bakery close by. Rail connections to London frequent and near. Parking underground is safe and well lit

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Excellent. Days not weeks and always swift to fix.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing to add here as the team were thorough in showing the facilities and amenities
