This solid 3 to 4 bedroom town house is situated in the friendly little town of Bobadilla, in the Jaen province of Andalucia, Spain, is ready to move into and change to your liking as you go along. It has fabulous views and a great outside space with a gated access from the cul de sac behind the property. The street is on two levels with parking avaiable just not right outside the house. Step in through the front door into a large lounge on the left connected with an arch to the dining area on the right - a lovely big area. Opposite the front door is access, to the steps down to the covered patio with two store rooms and the garden, and on the left into the good sized kitchen looking over the olive groves behind. From the kitchen a couple of steps lead to the big bathroom, a door to the terrace and the stairs. The stairs lead into one big room, off this there is another bedroom to the back of the house and to the left a further bedroom leading into a fourth room.
