Approach
Built in 2004, Hazel Court is an exclusive and contemporary complex of eight architecturally designed houses. Accessed via both Teg Down Meads and Dean Lane through Hillside Close. From Teg Down Meads - there is gated access to the garages and courtyard. The front door is within an enclosed area and there is also a gate to the side return. 

Entrance hall
The front door enters into the entrance hall. WC with basin and toilet. Stairs rising to first floor. Door to the kitchen/diner.

Kitchen/Diner
A wonderful space, with fully tiled floor, windows and double door onto courtyard. The kitchen units are solid wood, with high and low level units and solid granite worktops. The kitchen island has a granite top and storage. Fitted appliances include fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and double oven with five-ring gas hob over. There is ample room for dining room furniture. A cupboard under the stairs houses the consumer unit and electrics for the solar panels. There is a Tesla Powerwall 2 battery fitted - note that this unit is available on negotiation. 

Hall
The internal hall connects the kitchen to the living room, with a full wall of windows with double doors to the Courtyard. Currently used as a work from home space as well as piano room.

Living room
An attractive space with ceiling into pitch. Windows and double doors onto the courtyard and a door to the side return.

Courtyard 
A private space accessible from the kitchen, hall and living room. External power, patio and beds.

Bedroom 1
Situated on the top floor, this spacious master has far reaching views from both aspects. Multiple bespoke fitted wardrobes.

Bathroom
White suite of bath with shower attachment, shower, vanity unit with basin, and toilet. 

Bedroom 2
A good sized double bedroom with double doors to a balcony. 

Bedroom 3
A medium double bedroom with large double sliding wardrobes. 

Garage 
The garage is within the gated complex.
