    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    I've mentioned this in a previous review, but generally I have very little negative to say about the surrounding area of Vantage Point! I mean, the tube is RIGHT downstairs , along with a number of other transportation options, grocery stores, and charming little eateries and pubs. Furthermore, I feel like the area is quite social and I became close with a few folks in the neigborhood, like Ali in the coffee shop downstairs. However, with the proximity to the tube and a busy intersection I will say that sometimes I found the street to be quite noisy and had to sleep with earplugs. Also, at times, there could be some shady characters hanging around the plaza near the building.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    As mentioned, I feel that building management and staff responded promptly to any maintenance issue that I raised via our online ticketing portal! However, to this day, some features in the flat still need to be replaced because they're unusable (like the ventilation hood over the hob).

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I hinted at this in my full review, but protect your sleep from noise (on the street and sometimes from thin walls/floors of neighbors) and the sunlight! Nothing some earplugs and an eyemask/black out shades can't fix, but it's worth mentioning.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Perfect central location. Right above tube station with easy connections via Northern line to central London. Also numerous bus connections going to Archway. Lot's of shops and pubs around. Very close to Hampstead Heath, great to go for a walk/run and escape city life.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Online app through which you can create any service request you may have. This is followed up by maintenance crew / front desk staff. Clear communication.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I booked the appartement without on site visit through online viewing of the appartment. Was therefore super pleasantly suprised to discover the luxury feel of the whole property and common areas. Truly luxury feeling! (only little side note: the one time 10 pound induction fee to gain access to the gym seems a bit silly, but that's it (but gym is part of AlignFitness which is maybe reason for this fee) - no other 'hidden' costs, and there are complimentary gym classes, so that's really great)

    I have loved living at Vantage Point! It’s very accessible public transport wise - being next door to the Northern line, many bus stops, and a close walk to the overground. Lots of local bars and restaurants - plus supermarkets, beauticians, post office, dry cleaners - everything you could need. There is a bit of a problem with homelessness in the area, which is very sad, and sometimes they can be a bit aggressive towards each other - but I have never felt unsafe.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Always very promptly and in a helpful manner (washing machine and dishwasher broke - and both were repaired quickly)

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I had signed a locked in price contract for a few years - as you can always opt out of a 3 year contract - but if you resign, the rent goes up each time.

    The location of the building is ideal for anybody who wants to commute to central London, with the Tube station being right next door.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building management always responds quickly and the building-own maintenance team helps if there are any issues with utilities.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    How close it is to both central London’s vivid life but also the calm nature of Highgate Woods. I sometimes forget that you can have that too in London.

    The building is extremely close to local supermarkets and restaurants. All of those are high quality, or affordable, or both.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The reception staff are all very nice people, especially Marcia and Felix, they deal with all the issues I raised.

    I know everything about this building and the local area before I moved in.
