Our opinion
Altavista is a very well-located chalet: townhouse-style, in a small copropriété of just 5 properties, with its own private entrance and excellent access to the centre of Morzine. The option to reconfigure the interior adds real value, whether for personal use or to enhance rental performance.

Location
Altavista sits close to Morzine’s old town, with a bus stop nearby providing fast connections to Avoriaz, Pleney and the wider valley. Shops, restaurants and bars are a 2-minute walk away, placing the chalet in an ideal position for both winter and summer stays.
