5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is one of the best things about living here! Everything you need is right on your doorstep, with a great mix of shops, cafés, restaurants, and bars all within easy walking distance. The location is incredibly strategic and well connected, especially with the train station nearby, making commuting and getting around very easy and stress-free. There are also nice open spaces close by for walks and downtime. The street itself feels safe and well looked after, with regular bin collections and generally low noise levels for such a convenient location. Parking can be a little limited but overall it’s a pleasant and comfortable area to live in with very little anti-social behaviour.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been absolutely amazing whenever I’ve raised any issues. When I had a problem with my kitchen hob, Jenna contacted me within a few days and was proactive in trying to resolve it. She kept me regularly updated and stayed in touch until everything was sorted, which I really appreciated. I also had a very stressful situation during my renewal due to my guarantor suddenly having to leave the country. The landlord and Grainger team were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding, and they worked closely with me to find a solution within a limited timeframe. They also made processes like right-to-work checks very straightforward and easy. Overall, the support and communication have been excellent and very reassuring.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
What I wish I’d known before moving in is just how lovely and supportive the on-site team would be, it really makes such a big difference. The reception team, especially Jenna and Louis, are incredibly warm, friendly, and always welcoming. They go out of their way to help and make you feel at home. The security team is fantastic too, always polite, approachable, and reassuring, which makes the building feel very safe and calm. Jaime has also been amazing whenever I’ve needed help with booking the studio or with general enquiries. My biggest tip to new neighbours would be to say hello to the staff and make the most of the facilities, you’ll quickly feel part of a genuinely caring community!

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is extremely convenient, with the mainline tube and bus stations just one minute away, as well as shops, a gym, and other local amenities all within close proximity. Despite being next to the station, there is no noticeable noise. Bin disposal is slightly inconvenient as the bins are located outside the building. There is no on-site parking, however the concierge is able to provide a temporary parking space for a van when moving in or out.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management Team are very friendly and responstive.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that apartments on the opposite side directly face neighbouring properties, which can result in reduced privacy. The existing blinds are opaque, which mean you often have to choose between maintaining privacy and allowing natural light into the rooms. Semi-transparent or privacy blinds that still let light through would be a useful improvement.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Positive: excellent transport connections (tube, buses, trains to the airport); quiet area as the apartments face the wetlands and nature Bad: poor selection of restaurants and bars, not lots of parks around
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes but not always dealt in the best way. We once raised a lift issue (loft not working for weeks), and they didn't reply to my message but they sent a generic communication to everyone.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Everything reflected the viewing, so nothing bad or good to declare
