The locality being "the administrative areas of the Parishes of Blawith & Subberthwaite; Broughton West; Claife; Colton; Coniston; Dunnerdale with Seathwaite; Hawkshead; Haverthwaite; Lowick; Satterthwaite; Torver; and those parts of the Parishes of Egton with Newland; and Kirkby Ireleth which are within the Lake District National Park.

RENT AND DEPOSIT

A refundable holding deposit of £150.00 (equivalent to 1 weeks rent) will be required to secure the property before applying for reference and credit checks.
