A refundable holding deposit of £150.00 (equivalent to 1 weeks rent) will be required to secure the property before applying for reference and credit checks. The successful applicant(s) will be required to pay a deposit of £750.00 (equivalent of 5 weeks rent), prior to the commencement of the tenancy. The security deposit will be refunded at the termination of the tenancy, subject to the property being left in a reasonable and tenantable condition.
