    Bin collections people hanging around outside. Street outside always dirty. Needs to be more cleaner

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Chris & Barry respond to issues quick. The maintenance team in the building is very good.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    That there would be air Bnbs. We should have been knowing this before moving in.

    Very close to all shops and restaurants in town centre. 3 min walk to train station and parking within building available. Super convenient

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Darren and bob are always helpful and sort issues as quick as possible. We also had a lovely gentleman when our washing machine broke. It was replaced in under 18 hours even when logging fault late in the evening.

    All the walks you can do behind the train station are lovely

    Convenient location, close to Aldgate and Aldgate East stations and with amenities ans shops located nearby.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We haven't had realm problems living here, but the couple of minor issues we had were dealt promptly and efficiently.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    N/A Nothing particular comes to mind. As more People have moved in, the gym is gettin more difficult to access, but that was to be expected

    Great bar restaurants shops nearby and convenient. Close to the train station. Car parking is limited and in a bad area for break ins

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Slow to respond and fix issues. Ticket system could be better managed with more engineers and cleaners

    Wish I had know about the parking and negotiated a better price

    The location is the main thing that attracted me initially, with the station right next to it. Once i saw the actual building it was a straight yes for me. The apartment was exactly what i was looking for and i loved the space and overall design

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Whenever i visit the front desk the ladies are pretty welcoming and helpful, Michael has helped me a lot with the leasing process

    I wish i knew about the terrace in flow, i found out while chatting with other residents about the spaces available
