Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Kampus is located in a central location with lots of great spaces and places within the development itself including Pollen, Nell's Pizza, Madre and a Sainsbury's. Although local car parks and street parking are expensive, you are 5 minutes from Piccadilly Station and tram stops. And of course it takes only 5 to 10 minutes to access all the city centre has to offer in terms of shops etc. And yet, it feels a lot quieter when the development is located. Plus, its right on the canal.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The team respond quickly and positively like nothing is too much trouble. Although there have not been many issues as such, just a few minor things which are already being addressed. As I have mentioned Edmer especially has been the person I have interacted the most with, and I've felt totally reassured I made the right choice in choosing Kampus because of the way Edmer and the team have been with me.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Don't bother buying bread from the supermarket - no need at Kampus with a Pollen bakery on site ;-)

Great location, very close to everything you would need for city living. Being above Pollen is great too

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have had only one issue that was sorted promptly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The events that the building puts on. Took me a while to know about them

    The Lytton, SG1

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is conveniently located close to local amenities and is only a 5–10 minute walk from the train station, making it ideal for those who commute out of Stevenage. The location offers both convenience and easy access to transport, while still being close to shops and everyday essentials.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues that have arisen have been dealt with promptly and efficiently once raised. The management team are responsive and proactive, keeping residents informed and making sure problems are resolved as quickly as possible, which provides real peace of mind.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything was clearly explained prior to moving into the building, which made the process smooth and stress-free. All information was communicated in a clear and transparent way, so there were no surprises and it was easy to feel settled from the very beginning.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good aspects of living in my local area is that it is nice 20 minute walk into the city centre. There are local shops where you can do your food shop and has lovely outdoor areas where you can walk- along the canal, where there are lovely coffee shops. This area is near the train station, meaning it is very accessible to get to other places. There is parking available and bus routes near by, sometimes it’s hard to find a place to park on side streets, however there are lots of car parks. You can hear the traffic going by but it isn’t too loud.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always pointed us in the right direction If they aren’t sure and are always accommodating. They are very fast on resolving any issues and maintained issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Good- how close it was to nearby shops pubs and bars . Accessible transport- easier than I thought to travel.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is so many amazing places close to the castings, being so close to the canal for lovely walks, as well as ebing so close to grocery stores and lots of bars. There are easy transport links in ans around town, such as tram bus and train station being so close. The parking near the castings is pretty accessible with lots of free local streets and low cost carparks.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

not long after moving in I had a slight issue with my wardrobe, i reported the issues to maintenance on the app and someone came took a look the same day and was resolved the following, so very fast response to any issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Honestly, the viewing itself was very in-depth ad covered everything I needed to know and was very happy with what I had seen prior to moving in.
