More than just helping you to find the right property, we will help you all the way through the buying process, from initial search to final signing.

We work exclusively on the French Property market.

Our portfolio includes small holiday cottages farmhouses with land and outbuildings, rural and village houses, barns, water mills, manoirs, gites, guesthouses and chateaux.

We also offer Leaseback and New build properties from sound French developers.

Sextant Properties responds to you with a comprehensive initial pack containing properties which match your requirements within your area(s) of interest. When you are ready to visit France, we can arrange a comfortable itinerary of viewing.

There is no extra charge for our services throughout the purchasing procedure. We work on a shared commission basis with our French agents and our properties are offered at exactly the same price as you would pay if you went directly to the agents. For new build properties, we work directly with property developers and the prices we provide are exactly the same as the ones offered to French people.
