The property provides bright and versatile accommodation, ideal for family living, with notable features including exposed wall and ceiling timbers, attractive fireplaces, tiled and wooden flooring, and wooden thumb latch doors. Of particular note are the delightful, established gardens which provide a high degree of privacy, and together with the adjoining paddocks, amount to about 7.4 acres. The equestrian facilities comprise a barn with stables, three paddocks and a secondary access. The utility room has access to outside and there is an adjoining boot room providing additional storage.

A stylish shower room completes the ground floor accommodation.

Arranged across the first floor is the principal suite comprising a part vaulted double aspect bedroom, dressing area with built-in wardrobes and a well-appointed en suite bathroom.

The guest bedroom is double aspect with far reaching views to the rear, built-in wardrobes and an en suite shower room.

Completing the accommodation are three further bedrooms and a well-appointed bathroom with separate shower.

The house is approached via a gravel drive, which provides ample parking and leads to the garage, which has power and light connected. To the rear of the garage is a workshop with pedestrian door to the rear terrace. The front garden is framed by shaped beds and borders, a small lawn area and established beech hedging.

The part wall enclosed rear garden has a generous paved terrace, ideal for al-fresco entertaining. A stepping stone path leads over the lawn with well stocked and shaped beds and borders to the perimeters. A pond is planted with a variety of aquatic plants and a second area of lawn features a secluded seating area under an olive tree amongst a variety of shrub, herbs and fruit bushes. There is also a small orchard including cob nut trees.

The equestrian facilities include a gated post and rail enclosed concrete yard with a barn which provides four stables, mains water and electricity and a feed store.
