The hotel comprises three floors plus an attic level, with a total built-up area of 1,000 sq.m.
On the ground floor, there is a high-ceiling basement currently used as storage space. There are four boilers installed there, connected to solar panels, which provide hot water and heating for the hotel.
The attic level can be converted into an additional room with a private bathroom. Electricity and water connections are already in place.
The hotel offers accommodation for approximately 50 guests, featuring double and triple rooms, as well as a one-bedroom apartment with a corner terrace. All rooms are spacious and include large balconies, while the common areas are also generously sized.
On site, there is a restaurant with seating for around 30 guests, fully equipped with a kitchen and barbecue area. It can be used both as a restaurant or as a shared dining space where guests may prepare their own meals.
The property is fully insulated and ready for immediate use. It includes a landscaped yard of 800 sq.m. with parking spaces and a swimming pool, surrounded by designated areas for sun loungers.
