There is a luxurious and very handy floor to ceiling wardrobe right across one of the rooms, high quality carpets and plenty of natural light from the bank of stylish windows. The ensuite facilities differ one bedroom enjoys a large walk-in rain shower the other bedroom a bath with rain shower over head. Both are beautifully tiled and modern throughout. If not needed as a bedroom one of the rooms would make for a huge home office or snug.


Tasteful blinds are fitted throughout the apartment. Wifi facilities are all in place for you to select a provider of choice and there is a video screen entry system for guests.

Finally we must comment on the other facilities. There is a wonderful library building for resident access only and all paid for within the service charge (covered in the rent) This area offers super fast Wifi, phone sockets a drinks station and is a great place to work or relax with a book. There is a concierge and private parcel lock up so nothing goes missing, barrier parking and also a wonderful restaurant/cafe on site...and yes we have sampled it...very tasty!!

The apartment comes with TWO DESIGNATED PARKING SPACES one of which is a EV bay.

Overall this one of the finest apartments in a wonderful location to commute away from York or walk into the town. This is definitely one of the leading apartment developments in the City.
