Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are a lot of amazing cafes, bars and local shops around the building. In addition to a local Aldi around a 2 minute walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Hag and Molly have been absolutely amazing, responding to queries and being really helpful since I first moved in :)

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

As I had just moved to the city, I didn’t realise how close the public transport was around the building, which was amazing.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent location next to the train station and close to town centre. There are no specific down aspects about living in this area because the building has amazing sound proofing even considering its close to the train station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues raised, like recently the problem with the lift are resolved promptly and always with great communication at all stages of the process.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I know it is not related to the landlord, but we need bins around the development..

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good flat and really enjoy the convenience of the location. There’s a great choice of shops, restaurants and cafés within walking distance, and public transport links are excellent, making it easy to get around without a car. While it can be busy at times, the flat is comfortable and well placed for city living. Overall, it’s a great option for anyone who enjoys an active, central lifestyle.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has been responsive and professional when issues have been raised. Queries are acknowledged promptly, communication is clear, and problems are generally resolved within a reasonable timeframe, which gives confidence that the building is well managed

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how convenient city-centre living really is for day-to-day life, as everything is within walking distance. I would also recommend getting familiar with the building management team early on, as they are very helpful and responsive. Being aware that the area can be busier at peak times is useful, but this is balanced by the benefits of the location
