Baylies Hall is of architectural and historical significance and was listed in 1949. The building is a single storey building in a simple classical style with the facade comprising of 3 windows in moulded architraves. There are projecting rectangular porches at either side, with statues in the niches above. The building has a rendered facade and was restored in 2012 with funding from a National Lottery Heritage Fund through the Dudley Townscape Heritage Initiative.
 
The building itself is a unique property and is of masonry construction and internally provides a mixture of private and open plan office/sales areas. At the front of the building is a large open plan exgymnasium area of full height brick elevations. The building also provides further storage at first floor level and has been configured to provide office/ training areas including a safe room, ground floor office and kitchenette.
