The local areas is very nice and feels very safe. There is no local tube station and the trains at Wandsworth town are often cancelled or extremely crowded since the New Acres flats were filled.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management have ignored many requests and/or lie about the causes of issues.

I would not have moved in if I knew how bad things would be

The local area is great! The street is relatively quiet if you’re facing the right way Ben collections are good. There are some frequent break-ins, but that doesn’t affect us as we don’t have a car.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have had a broken window for over six months now, during the winter this has been a issue. However, the front of house team are incredibly nice, it is just out of general inefficiencies that caused this problem to repeat again and again and again.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The lack of communication is a bad thing. The for sprint increases of men 8%. Good news, the pool is great. The flats work well for this kind of living. And the people are brilliant.

Great location with a lot of good bars/restaurants on doorstep and very close to Wandsworth town. A lot of the ground floor of the development seem to be being filled giving more direct access to shops ect
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Didn’t remedy move in situation appropriately and responses/actions were poor.

Living in here is amazing because right down from the street there is a Wandsworth Town station which can travel you to a ton of places you can get to airports fast and steadily in addition to that there’s a Sainsbury’s right down near rosefield house and planters makeing grocery a lot easier for those in new acres
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They responded excellently because once the power outage broke and they led all of us to The main reception where we got free WiFi network
