David Ball Agencies is a privately owned independent estate agency which offers both residential and commercial sales along with residential lettings and holiday lettings.

We are a fully bonded member of the National Association of Estate Agents, members of the National Approved Letting Scheme, the Assocation of Residential Lettings Agents, members of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, a Founder member of the Ombudsman Scheme for Estate Agents, members of the Institute of Commercial and Business Agents,

Our main road offices are situated in East Street and offer state of the art computer and digital technology.

The agency was founded in 1992 by David Ball and has expanded since then into Residential Sales and Lettings together with Newquay's largest holiday lettings department.

Our hours of business are 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am – 12.00pm on Saturdays. Out of hours appointments can be made upon request.

Anne Ball

Partner MNAEA

Anne has worked in the industry since 1987 and in particular the rental sector from 1994. Having started the Agency with David in 1992 she also deals with the Agency's accounts and administration.

Partner - New Homes Manager

Richard is a respected property professional and heads up the residential sales & new homes department. With a wealth of experience in property he advises and works with both national and boutique developers.

Sheila Rowlands

Assistant Residential Manager

Sheila began her estate agency career working for a large national company in 1987 and joined the agency in 2010, bringing with her a vast wealth of knowledge and expertise, as well as extensive knowledge of the local property market.

Dean Lonergan

Residential Manager

Dean has lived in Newquay for over 26 years and began his estate agency career over 8 years ago, covering all areas of Mid Cornwall, dealing with everything from caravans to castles for a large national agency. Dean joined us in September 2016.

Lettings Office Manager

Coming from a background in administration and accounts and previously working in local government, Lesley joined the Lettings team in 2011, over seeing a team of five and ensuring the department runs smoothly.

Paula joined the Agency in 2013 having come from a business and sales background. She works alongside David in the Commercial Department whilst also assisting with administration for the other departments.

A Cornish girl born and bred, joined the team in February 2015 bringing with her several years of office experience and is in a front of house based role combining client contact and administration.

Lettings Negotiator

Joining the Lettings team in 2016, Paul came from a managerial position in the hospitality industry, making equipped him for the continuous client contact he has in his role of negotiator for rented property.

New Homes & Residential Sales Negotiator

Fern joined the Sales team in the spring of 2015. Coming from a national estate agency where she achieved valuable local knowledge and experience. She works together with Richard developing the New Homes Sites and assisting the residential sales team.

New Homes Site Manager

Marcus joined the Agency in 2015 to manage the prestigious CG Fry & Son New Homes site sales office having come from a background of sales experience including new homes and luxury property with a career that started in 2001.

Daniel Ball

First starting work with the Agency in 2015, Daniel returned to Swansea University that autumn, achieving a BSc degree the following year, he then came back to his home town to join David Ball agencies full time in September 2016
