    Love it! Reception team are always super helpful and willing to assist with anything. Back door entrance isn’t in the greatest spot and can feel unsafe at night but not a reflection on the property itself.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Always acted very quickly when needed and helped with things immediately when initially moving in.

    Nothing I can think off - team were very transparent with everything.

    Living in this area has been a very positive experience overall. There is a great range of local shops, cafés and restaurants within easy walking distance, along with well-maintained green spaces that are ideal for relaxing or exercising. Transport links are excellent, with frequent bus and train services making it easy to commute and travel around the city. The street itself is generally quiet and well kept, with excellent parking availability and reliable bin collections. Neighbours are friendly and considerate, and there are very few issues with noise or anti-social behaviour. Overall, it feels like a safe, convenient and pleasant place to live, offering excellent value for the location and quality of the development.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Building management has responded quickly and efficiently whenever any issues have been raised. Communication is clear, updates are provided where needed, and problems are resolved within a reasonable timeframe, which is reassuring as a resident.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Everything was well explained by Josephine before i moved in, any questions i had she answered promptly and truthfully, the rest of sherborne place team also were very quick to reply to any emails i had with questions, there was not a single thing i was unsure about before i moved in as the team made every best effort to reassure me from the first viewing till the move in date.

    I have been living here for 3 years, i cant really find anything bad to say about the area. Its close to everything i need, the city center and 5ways. Transport links are easy, environment is quiet. My apartment’s bin store is just a little bit of a walk to get to, when i mean a walk, 3mins max. Lol, i love it here

    Yes they always respond to maintenance issues. No issues

    Honestly can’t think of anything from the top of my head. It’s amazing here

    Swan Street House is at very central location, giving the opportunity to go all around Manchester without needing to spend too much time in the public transport. The building is very well maintained and equipped and the staff is always happy to assist in any way. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a central place to live.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The team has always shown a great willingness to help in any way they can trying to solve any enquiries or issues on a time manner.

    All good on this aspect, since the viewing day they were very clear with all the information about the aspects of the building.
