From Farnham town centre, head north on the A287. At the traffic lights, at the top of hill, turn left onto the A287 heading towards Odiham. At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A287 towards Reading and Basingstoke. Take the 2nd exit at the next roundabout continuing on the A287 towards Reading and Hook. Turn right onto London Road - B3016 (towards Winchfield, Hartley Wintney) and then turn left onto Poland Lane. The property can be found on the right hand side towards the end of the lane with the drive accessed through double five-bar gates.
