The accommodation is located in the centre of Aberdeen just a few mins walk from Union Street. It is at the end of historic Belmont Street with immediate access to all the bars restaurants in the area. It overlooks Union Terrace Gardens, His Majesty's theatre and many of Aberdeens historic buildings.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building is well maintained and communal areas are kept clean and tidy.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The building can get very warm in summer months, pack a fan.

Good range of shops and bars within 10 minute walk. Very accessible. Great facilities. Parking expensive to road is packed.

They addressed any issues that came up in a timely fashion

The mail room can be a bit chaotic at times and your stuff not where it should be. Look on other shelves!

The point is at a very central location, thus it is easier to access a lot of places quite quickly. Also very close to the railway station.

I did not know the Point held events when I moved in.

Great area to live in your 5 minutes away from the city centre (if that) also very quiet at night too which is a massive bonus.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, within 12 hours usually, it's fantastic how seriously they take issues and are keen to resolve ASAP.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I didn't realise how many amazing pubs/restaurants there were within a 10 minute walk down towards Salford Crescent, theres a great Tapas place which is worth a visit!

I’ve been living here for 2 years now, the local area is super accessible to the city centre and everything that comes with it. Parking is great, you can be in town in 5 minutes and there’s plenty of shops/ bars and restaurants on your doorstep!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Perfectly on time and sorted everything I’ve needed them to!

There’s nothing I wish I would have known before, the team are great at keeping you up to date with what’s happening in the local area and give plenty of notice to any works happening
