We asked the vendors about their time in this lovely flat and they were happy to provide us with the following information.

What attracted you to the property when you bought it ?

It's a very friendly and safe area with its own charm with everything you need close by. Large supermarkets (Waitrose, Saintsbury's) and the station all within 10 mins walking distance. There are some lovely cafe's and lots of outdoor space including the river and park.
London is within very reasonable commuting distance (30 mins in the morning!) with great connections and frequent trains (almost every 10 mins from 3 key stations: London bridge, Waterloo and Charing cross).
Within 20 minutes you are in the middle of the countryside with some great walks and old country pubs to enjoy.
Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells are really nice neighbouring towns with extensive shopping facilities within 10 minutes by train or car, I especially love going to the Knole park.
The flat itself struck me because of its light airy feel. It has lots of windows which means the sun does a lovely turn around the apartment, starting on the balcony in the morning and then lighting up the living room.
Because it's a corner apartment it doesn't feel boxy, it's very private and quiet and the views are fantastic.
The layout of the flat is very practical, with its build in wardrobes open plan living space and kitchen and bathroom have a modern feel.
The second bedroom that served as a study for working from home and enabled me to receive guests.
Having the doors open all day in the summer to the balcony.
The beautiful skylines.
The flat has really felt like my home and I will be sad to leave. I would love for someone to enjoy it as much as I have.

What have you enjoyed about living there ?

Everything.
I was new to the area but it has really grown on me. I have especially liked having the castle on my doorstep. I love going there on my lunchbreaks and there tend to be nice social events at the venue. In the winter there was a lightshow and in the summer live music and films. It also hosts really nice artisan, Christmas and farmers markets with local produce.

For commuting to London the mainline station is under a 10 minute walk. I was worried I would miss London but I still go there often and can still do the same things I would enjoy, like going to theatre or dinner and get home late without problems.

Being so close to a large Waitrose and Saintsbury's, I don't have to think days in advance about what I am going to cook for dinner.

There is also a gym and a pool within walking distance, and lots of opportunities to play sports or go peddling or kayaking on the river.
