Great local shops. Main franchises right outside the building 🏢. Tesco and Sainsbury's express stores for refilling the fridge.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The front door definitely needs a permanent fix because it's been off and on for a while.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
My opinion is that while you really think about the pricing compared to what you get, you might as well go for it.

Problem street was busy with car and bus . Some people shout from down on nights. Not many park sites for car.

People very friends to me when picking and looking for lost parcel

Area is okay. Many small shops near, but some closed sometimes. Few nice restaurants but not many. Street can be noisy in night, parking hard, but people friendly. Friendly team with Peter & Moses

Management fix problem when report, sometimes take time.

Sometimes some liquid in the lifts from residents.

There are plenty of local shops and supermarkets close by, which is very convenient. There are also a good mix of restaurants and cafes.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Whenever I’ve raised issues, the building management responds quickly and efficiently. Moses and Peter on the night team are especially nice and thoughtful, always helpful and friendly when needed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
wish I had known about the constant issues with the Broad Street door before moving in, as it can be very inconvenient. It’s constantly out of service

The management have for as long as I moved in been assisting me.

Probably a higher level apartment for better city views.
