Really close to the town centre with plenty amenities around. Bus station is opposite as well as John Lewis shopping centre.

The management are very quick to respond to any issues.

The local area has a good range of shops, including a small supermarket, a pharmacy, and several convenience stores, which cover daily needs well. There are also a few cafes and restaurants offering varied cuisines, though the choice is not extensive. A couple of bars provide a relaxed evening atmosphere. Open spaces are limited but pleasant, with a small park nearby that’s popular with families. Transport links are convenient; a bus stop is a short walk away with regular services to the city centre, and the train station is about 20 minutes on foot or a ten-minute bus ride.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
It’s very efficient and easy. They also provided help with patience.

You should ask the check-in time in advance because when I moved in I arrived around 9pm and they have closed this service

Location is handy for the city centre but the area outside the building is often blighted by litter. Dubious characters hang around near the development.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management makes excuses rather than dealing with any issues.

Wish I had known the development is 80% occupied by students.

The local area is convenient and pleasant to live in, with easy access to The center and a cold store within the building. People around are extremely nice and helpful. The area is considered safe.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has been very responsive and supportive these days. When I had an issue with the boiler, Kit responded quickly, was extremely helpful, and very kind throughout the process. The issue was handled efficiently and communication was clear.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It’s reassuring to know how responsive and helpful the building management team is. Having someone like Kit, Lidya, Charlotte as well as all the other staff members who responds quickly and kindly makes a big difference when issues arise, and it’s something new residents will really appreciate.
