Heather Floissac studied at the London University in England where she acquired a Bachelor of Arts and then at U.W.I, attaining an MBA. She started her career managing Artsibit Gallery from 1989 to 2009. A year later she also held the position of Managing Director of Plural Agencies, an Insurance Brokerage Company. These managerial roles so early in her career assisted in bolstering her position in the corporate world and the many lucrative connections she made along the way.

From 1992 to 2015 Heather Floissac was Honorary Consul in St. Lucia for the Dominican Republic and from 1994 to 1995 she served as Vice President to Alliance Francaise de Ste. Lucie.

As her aspirations increased, Heather started her own Real Estate Company, Belle Vue Properties Limited in 2005. As her current main role, her interests in the real estate industry grew over the past 15 years, and she happily served as the President of the Realtors’ Association (Saint Lucia) Inc. since its formation in 2009, for a period of 5 years. Recently in 2019, Heather was re-elected for a second two-year term. She is passionate about the development of the Real Estate industry and considers herself an advocate for sustainable growth. During her career, Heather has been the Real Estate Broker for several International Real Estate Companies and consequently, has been successful in attracting overseas buyers to our shores.
