In the old town of Ka�tela, there is a modern stone house that can be used for tourist rental. The area is 60 square meters, the house was renovated in 2024 and no one has lived in it.

It consists of a kitchen with a dining room on the first floor, on the second floor there is a living room with a game console and a bathroom, on the third floor in the attic there is a spacious room with a large double bed.

Each floor has its own air conditioning unit. The house does not have its own official private parking, but there is a space around it where you can leave your car. Near the house there is everything of importance: shops, schools, kindergartens.

Ka�tela is a town and an agglomeration of seven individual settlements which are administered as a single municipality. The town is located northwest of the city of Split, west of Solin and east of Trogir, on the central Dalmatian coast. The Ka�tela region with its Mediterranean tone, picturesque landscape and unique natural environment attracted people since prehistoric times.
