5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in my local area has both positives and negatives. There’s a good range of local shops, convenience stores, and cafes within walking distance, and a few restaurants and bars that offer decent food and nightlife without having to travel far. Nearby open spaces and parks are pleasant for walks, fresh air, and exercise, which is a real bonus. Transport links are generally convenient. There are occasional noise issues, but community presence helps keep anti-social behaviour low.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has generally responded promptly and professionally. They acknowledge issues, communicate clearly about next steps, and usually resolve problems within a reasonable timeframe, even if occasional follow-ups are needed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I’d known before moving in is just how many good restaurants there are nearby. On the plus side, it’s extremely pet-friendly, which makes it a great place for anyone with animals.
