Legat Owen is a multi-disciplinary, general practice firm of Chartered Surveyors established in 1986 with a head office in Chester.

We offer a full range of services including agency (industrial, office, retail/roadside/leisure, investment & land/development), property management, landlord & tenant, valuation, building surveying, development consultancy and rating. As a multi-disciplinary commercial property consultant, departments work alongside one another to provide a full complement of services to our clients as required.

Geographically, the practice acts across the whole of the UK with particular emphasis on the North West of England and Wales.

For the future, the company will continue to concentrate on its core strengths of delivering expert property advice on a personalised basis.
