Everything was clearly explained prior to moving into the building, which made the process smooth and stress-free. All information was communicated in a clear and transparent way, so there were no surprises and it was easy to feel settled from the very beginning.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The good aspects of living in my local area is that it is nice 20 minute walk into the city centre. There are local shops where you can do your food shop and has lovely outdoor areas where you can walk- along the canal, where there are lovely coffee shops. This area is near the train station, meaning it is very accessible to get to other places. There is parking available and bus routes near by, sometimes it’s hard to find a place to park on side streets, however there are lots of car parks. You can hear the traffic going by but it isn’t too loud.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have always pointed us in the right direction If they aren’t sure and are always accommodating. They are very fast on resolving any issues and maintained issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Good- how close it was to nearby shops pubs and bars . Accessible transport- easier than I thought to travel.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is so many amazing places close to the castings, being so close to the canal for lovely walks, as well as ebing so close to grocery stores and lots of bars. There are easy transport links in ans around town, such as tram bus and train station being so close. The parking near the castings is pretty accessible with lots of free local streets and low cost carparks.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
not long after moving in I had a slight issue with my wardrobe, i reported the issues to maintenance on the app and someone came took a look the same day and was resolved the following, so very fast response to any issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Honestly, the viewing itself was very in-depth ad covered everything I needed to know and was very happy with what I had seen prior to moving in.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
On the doorstep of Ancoats, Northern Quater and the city centre. Lots of lovely bars, cafes and restaurants and convenient stores. Close walk to Victoria station if needed. Car park next to the building Unfortunately you still get the city centre crackheads and not rights that hang about but that’s to be expected with the area
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team genuinely can’t do enough for you. Any issues I’ve had have been met head on a pretty much solved instantly Hannah is great and always on hand for anything you need for maintenance and overall upkeep of your home, she is Poplins superstar
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The only insight I’d pass on is that unfortunately the electrics in the kitchen trip. I have lived here for years and it’s a problem when you have the heaters on and use any electrical appliance in the kitchen The staff have done all they can do, I’ve had new appliances and electricians out to check the wiring and there’s no resolution for it so I’ve learnt that if I want to use the kitchen, to flick off the heaters I’d also like a gate outside as unfortunately passers by do tend to wonder up the steps unprovoked, the team have said they are looking into it so potentially anyone looking to move in in the future, they will have a gate
