5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location with loads of take away, restaurants and shops right on Broad Street, plus canals and some work spaces nearby. Transport links are excellent. Downsides are busy nights, some noise and limited parking, but overall very convenient and lively.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues raised were dealt with quickly, and communication has been clear and reassuring throughout.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I’d known how lively Broad Street gets, especially at weekends, as it can be noisy at times. That said, it’s great being so close to everything, and having a helpful concierge really makes settling in much easier.
