2 Temperley Cottage is situated on a private country estate approximately two miles south from the center of Corbridge, one of the most popular and desirable villages in Northumberland with a range of boutiques, shops and restaurants. The property is also ideally located for commuters between Hexham, which is approximately five miles west via A69 and Newcastle Upon Tyne which is approximately twenty miles east via A69.

There is shared access to the cottage’s private courtyard directly off Temperley Grange. Access to the property is through the front courtyard garden, from the private parking courtyard. There is one detached garage and space to park up to two vehicles in the courtyard outside the property.

The property is heated by oil central heating and is connected to mains electric. However this property benefits from being supplied by a private water source and a private septic tank system.
