Eunice is an asset to the team at Grainger. She conducted an inspection in my apartment and I instantly connected with her. Very open and friendly person! Jamie from the Grainger team is an absolute star as well, great individual! Overall very helpful team whenever you reach out to them with an issue.

Great staff (Eunice especially) and Samson

The development is great, we have a wonderful view from our balcony, the staff are great (Eunice especially - super personable and friendly, really makes the effort to get to know the residents and is super helpful to all our needs) and Samson has been super helpful too. Would certainly reccomend Millet Place to to my friends.

A great place!

The property is situated in a great location, the general upkeep is great, however the poppy apartment building often feels neglected in comparison to its “sister” buildings. The general reception area is poor compared to the main block. More attention could be given to this block. Facilities are great, but small things like charging residents in Poppy for gym access is off putting, as it makes us poppy residents feel a certain way. The management are all fantastic, they are very responsive and helpful to any issues, but more should be done to address residents who don’t adhere to the rules - smoking, treatment of the building etc. front of house are always welcoming and newbie Eunice is a great addition and is always chatty. The events the management put on are always welcomed. I think a Facebook group could be set up for the building where residents can share hobbies, recommendations, selling items if they looking to get rid etc. also could something be set up where the management organise a “junk clear out” day where residents can use to clear broken furniture etc, rather than it just being left in the bin store for the cleaner to sort (we’ve been told a fine is given, but appears not to put people off)

Millet Place is fantastic!

I'd give it an 8.5/10. It's clean, the customer service is great. The team at Millet Place: Eunice, Ellie, Sampson are all lovely and go and above beyond. Eunice in particular is fabulous and always goes above and beyond. The views of Thames Barrier park are brilliant, and
